Hi!
My name is Gillian Gray, and I've been capturing the excitement and energy of sports since 2021. My photography journey started as a hobby, when I started taking photos at my high school after graduation. In 2023, I became an intern for the Springfield Thunderbirds as a game day photographer, focusing on the Fan Experience. Through this role, I've had the opportunity to capture the exciting atmosphere at the rink, as well as the dynamic community events the team creates.
Alongside my position at the Thunderbirds, I work full-time as an Administrative Assistant in the Athletics Department at Minnechaug Regional High School, a role i started in Late 2024. At Minnechaug, I'm able to gain experience in Sports Administration and management, while at the THunderbirds, I'm able to focus on photography and editing, fan interaction, and overall game day experience.
Both roles help me develop important skills and knowledge in the Sports world, combining the business and creative sides of athletics!
